This attractive and bright ground floor apartment has 50 sq.m of interior space and 11 sq.m of exterior space making it an ideal self catering holiday home. There are views of the sea from the patio which has full size UV protection awnings that make the patio ideal for outdoor living. 2 wooden sunbeds and a large round table seating four persons are provided.
The garden terrace extends across the sizeable double bedroom offering 2 large single beds which also features patio doors and built in wardrobes. There is a well appointed, spacious family bathroom, complete with bath /shower. Both the living room and bedroom have insect screens over the windows allowing them to be open throughout the summer. Both the living room and bedroom have air conditioning which also provides heat in the winter should it be needed.
This prime location, in popular Peyia Village offers all the advantages of established services, the cosmopolitan feel is reflected in the popularity of a vast number of restaurants, trendy bars, takeaways and ever expanding shopping facilities, both in the village and in nearby Coral Bay. The local supermarket will deliver direct to the complex free of charge.
Coral Bay Beach and resort is a short 5 minute drive away from the apartment. Peyia village and bars are within a 10 to 15 minutes walk from the apartment.
