A truly magnificent 5 bedroom luxury villa which sleeps up to 10 people. Located on the hillside above Peyia and offering amazing panoramic views over the entirety of Paphos. This wonderful spacious property is available for wedding receptions and honeymoons and the outside terrace area will accommodate a reception for up to 200 people.

Each room has its own private balcony with superb panoramic views. The villa is furnished to a high standard in a clean contemporary design.

All the bedrooms are en-suite. 3 spacious bedrooms plus a downstairs self contained bedroom with a kitchenette, small sitting area and sofa bed which can be made into a double bed.

Large open plan living area complete with well equipped kitchen ideal for self catering complete with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle toaster, microwave, oven and hob. Separate office away from the main living space with Wi-Fi connection and office desk.

The comfortable modern lounge offers flat screen TV, DVD player, satellite TV (limited channels) plus a large dining table.
The villa is fully air-conditioned which is included in the rental rate.

On the basement level you will also find a Sauna and a play room complete with games such as ping-pong (table tennis) and billiards.

The highlight of this wonderful villa are the panoramic views and also the extensive grounds which surround the property making this villa very private and wonderful for hosting a private function such as a wedding reception. The area will seat up to 200 persons on the split level terrace and around the large pool. A barbecue area ideal for catering a large function is located on the top terrace

This villa boasts an outdoor jacuzzi which is included in the rental rate and a large pool with walk in Roman steps. Sun beds, umbrellas, outdoor tables and chairs and a large separate barbecue area.
Bath and pool towels are provided.
There is a hair dryer available in the villa.

There is a surcharge on top of the rental rate for hosting your wedding reception or any function in the grounds of this villa. Rates will vary depending on the amount of guests attending the function.

For wedding parties and functions there is refundable a breakage and damage deposit which will vary depending on the amount of guests attending.
Normally is £600 Pounds for up to 50 people. Please enquire if more.

Up to 30 guests £1060.00
Up to 60 guests £1,560.00
Up to 100 guests £1,810.00

Heated Pool Cost £55 per day.

Wedding rental requirements:
- Please note that the villa must be cleaned after the wedding.
- Loud music must be turned off by 12:30am
- The villa kitchen and kitchens contents and utensils cannot be used to cater events. These must be outsourced along with all furniture, linen crockery and glassware.
- Only the pre booked guests of the villa can stay in the villa overnight.
- Children must always be supervised.
- The breakage deposit may need to be increased dependant on the number of guests attending.
- 3rd party supervision (security or event organiser) will supervise until the end of the event
