The villa benefits from large outside verandas with a thatched BBQ area in the mature gardens. The pool is 10 metres by 5 metres with plenty of room for soaking up the sun. There are 2 restaurants and 2 shops within walking distance. Coral Bay with all it's shops, bars and beaches with a wide selection of places to eat is within 5 minutes drive. For people who like the outdoors the Akamas and the Paphos forest is close by and Laura Beach were the turtles come each year is a short drive. The harbour at Paphos with it's UNESCO world heritage sites is 20 minutes by car and there are three golf courses within 40 minutes of the villa.
As with many Cypriot style villas the living space is open plan which allows air to circulate throughout the living space. This villa is beautifully furnished and has the additional extras to make the property special such as delightful wall decorations, expensive bed covers and ornaments.
The furnishing are all new and include plush leather sofas, large dining table with modern chairs, well equipped kitchen complete with washing machine, dish washer, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven and hob.
The villa also offers satellite TV (limited channels) DVD player and CD player
The villa also offers an additional w/c and wash basin downstairs

The master upstairs bedroom has a double bed with private en-suite facilities, fitted wardrobes, King sized bed and patio doors leading to a spacious veranda which over looks the pool and also offers beautiful sea views. Table and chairs provided.
2 further upstairs bedrooms each with single beds, built in wardrobes and use of a shared family bathroom
Immaculate pool and garden area with shaded terrace, sun beds, umbrellas, plenty of out door tables for dining el-fresco, barbecue and the stunning thatched pergola with sofas ideal for relaxation and chilling out.
Suitable for families. Not suitable for hen, or stag holidays
