The villa consists of one downstairs double bedded room with wardrobes and bathroom en-suite.
2 upstairs bedrooms with balconies both bedrooms have private en-suite facilities, 2 single beds in each room, ample storage space and air-conditioning.

Spacious open plan lounge with comfortable leather sofas, satellite television (limited channels)
DVD player. Dining table and chairs, open plan kitchen well equipped with dish washer, washing machine, microwave oven, fridge freezer, oven and hob, kettle, toaster and iron.

Private pool 9x4.5 meters with patio and sunbathing area. Sun beds, umbrellas, barbecue, outside dining table and chairs. Well maintained garden with tropical flowers and shrubs as well as fruit trees and off road parking.

Air-conditioning is available in the bedrooms for an additional charge of €5 per unit per day.
