This stunning villa is located on the beach front just a stones throw from all the amenities of Protaras. The "Golden Mile" is just a few minutes walk where you will find a plethora of bars, restaurants, shop, banks and amusments. The famous sandy beach of Fig Tree Bay is also within walking distance.
The main lounge is exquisitely furnished with sumptuous leather sofas that offer splendid sea views, has full length doors opening out onto the garden which in turn leads down to the sea. Sunbeds, umbrellas, a picnic table and outside dining furniture ensure you can make the most of the beautiful Cypriot weather. The fully equipped modern kitchen boasts a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, high-tech electric oven/hob, kettle and toaster.
The bedrooms consist of 4 king size rooms, 2 double beds and bunk beds. A cosy upstairs en-suite lounge has 2 single sofa beds, satellite TV with surround sound, DVD and stereo. All bedrooms have luxurious en-suite bathrooms with the Master bedroom having a Jacuzzi bath.
The large basement is converted into a spa and gym with exercise machines, sauna, large corner Jacuzzi bath and comfortable seating.

Fully air conditioned & centrally heated throughout which is included in the rental rate, this villa is the height of luxury and is ideal for large families, families who wish to holiday together or wedding parties.
