A prestigious majestic 4 bedroom villa which is by far the most splendid villa on our program. The wooden exterior and furniture have been crafted by hand with no expenses spared on the beautiful interior decoration, ceramics and furniture. With intricate stone work, wooden beams, American style wooden kitchen, four poster beds, Jacuzzi bath, gymnasium and child’s play room plus a volley ball court.
Located in a rural setting over looking the Everatou Dam with dramatic breathtaking scenery and panoramic views it makes a very peaceful setting, ideal for a relaxing tranquil holiday in a truly Royal villa. Polis Town and Beach is a mere 10 minutes drive from the villa and Latchi Harbour is 15 minutes.
To summarise, this villa is an amazing property valued at well over 1.5 million Euros. Take the opportunity to savour the luxury of this truly magnificent villa experience.
This villa is built on three levels. The main entrance area leads to the open plan lounge complete with plush sofas, hand crafted wooden furniture, large TV, DVD, Satellite system, CD music system and X-Box. The dining table and chairs seat six. The Large American style wooden kitchen is beautifully designed and well equipped with all modern conveniences which make it ideal for self catering. Dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, large fridge freezer, electric oven with hob, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. On the same level there is a large double bedroom with private en-suite and large Elizabethan four poster bed. A guest toilet is also provided.
The upper floor offers 2 bedrooms. One double bedroom with four poster bed, private balcony, fitted wardrobes plus a luxurious Jacuzzi bath with spa jets.

The second upstairs bedroom offers two single beds with private en-suite.

The fourth bedroom (twin) has an adjacent en-suite and is located on the ground floor next to the gymnasium equipped with an exercise bike, running machine and various other fitness equipment plus an open playing space for kids with various games and a pool table.

Large private pool 6x12 meters with roman steps. Outside wooden pergola and seating area ideal for dining el-fresco and a large grass area plus volley ball court. Sun beds, umbrellas, barbecue also provided. Children’s plastic climbing frame and slide suitable for toddlers.

Air-conditioning is available in the bedrooms at an additional charge of €5 per unit per day, each room offers one unit.
