This Villa is situated within the subtropical banana plantations with a panoramic view of the bay and breathtaking sunsets. It is within walking distance to restaurants, bars and supermarket.
The 2 upstairs bedrooms both have en-suite bathrooms as does the downstairs bedroom. The kitchen and living area are also located downstairs with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, Satellite TV, video, Hi-Fi system.
The 8m x 4m swimming pool has sun beds and umbrellas and there is a barbecue for outside dining. Equipped with a fireplace for winter rentals and air conditioning units in all bedrooms and living room for summer rentals(payable locally €5.00 per unit per day).
