A modern delightful 4 bedroom executive villa offering sea views and comfortable quality furniture. Ideal for large families or groups wishing the comfort of a villa complete with private pool 5x10 meters, large verandas and patio area, optional Jacuzzi and sauna. Located in the prestigious Sea Caves area close to the village of Peyia and only a 10 minute Drive to Coral bay renowned for its abundance of resturants, sandy beach, bars and shops. Paphos centre is a 25 minute drive from the villa.
The ground floor consists of a spacious bright kitchen/dining area, well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, kettle and toaster. Comfortable, attractively furnished lounge with colour TV and HiFi -system plus doors leading to the terrace and barbecue area. One down stairs twin bedded room with adjacent shower room. Three steps leading to the Pool and patio area plus a gated outside staircase leading to a spacious balcony with built in corner bar.

The upper floor offers 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom with en suite bathroom, fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading to a balcony over looking the pool. A further double bedded room and a twin bedded room sharing a shower room with toilet and wash basin.
Large private pool 5x10 and patio with sun beds, barbecue, umbrellas and garden furniture. For added luxury there is a separate spa area complete with sauna, Jacuzzi bath and shower This can be arranged locally with the owner. The cost of this facility will depend on the occupancy of the villa. (please contact us for a quotation) Air conditioning is available at €6.00 per unit per day. (each bedroom offers one unit)
Baby Cots and Highchair are available free of charge on request.

The cost of this facility will depend on the occupancy of the villa.
