Ideally located in-between Paphos and Coral Bay and within walking distance to a small bar and small sandy beach. 1km to the main Coral Bay and Paphos local bus service. Guests staying at these villas are welcome to use the facilities of the neighbouring AKTI Apartments including the restaurants, bar, pool, small mini-market and gymnasium. Additional services such as Jacuzzi, sauna and beauty treatments are also available at an additional charge.

These villas offer great value for money and ideal for families seeking a cost effective holiday.
The three bedroom Villas offer a spacious downstairs bedroom with two single beds and separate shower w/c and wash basin. Small comfortable sitting area with TV and DVD player. Separate kitchen with dining table, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven and hob.

2 upstairs bedrooms both with double beds sharing a family bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a private balconies with distant sea views.

8x4 meters with sun beds, umbrellas, barbecue and large enclosed grass area. The pool area is enclosed by a high wooden fence offering additional privacy around the pool and garden area.

The 2 bedroom villa is similar in facilities and design to the above described 3 bedroom. One double bed s 2 single beds downstairs with private en-suite shower wc and wash basin. One bedroom upstairs with double bed and separate bath, wc and wash basin.

Air-conditioning available in the bedrooms at an additional charge of €5.00 per unit per day. Internet available free of charge
