Set in a quiet location only 300 meters from Coral Bay centre and 500 meters from the sandy Coral bay beach. This villa sleeps up to 15 persons making it ideal for either wedding groups, large get together holidays and because of its close proximity to the Coral Bay resort car hire is not necessary.
The pool area is surrounded by beautiful bougainvillea flowers providing an array of colour and adding privacy to the pool area. Plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas available. The highlight of this villa is the large roof terrace approximately 140 square meters complete with seating area and Gazebo. These villas are often used for wedding ceremonies as the large terrace accommodate up to 50 people.

Comfortable seating area. Well equipped kitchen complete with fridge freezer, oven ,grill, hob, microwaves, dishwasher and washing machine. Satellite, DVD and wireless internet connection available. 7 bedrooms comprising of 2 double bedrooms and 4 twin bedded rooms on the ground floor and 1 double bedroom upstairs, all with en-suite bathroom/shower rooms.

Another two 7 bedroom villas are located next to this villa plus one 3 bedroom villa allowing for a group of 55 persons.

NOTE: air-conditioning is available in the bedrooms at an additional optional charge of 7 Euros per unit per day which can be paid locally

Bed linen and towels provided. Weekly maid service and bed linen/towel change
