This delightful single storey 3 bedroom villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac yet is within walking distance to the village of Peyia. Peyia is a traditional village with many modern amenities such as bars, restaurants, tavernas, supermarkets and banks. Locally you have a small supermarket and a bakery and the popular resort of Coral Bay is a 5 minute drive.

 

Upon entering you find yourself in the open plan lounge and dining area, tastefully furnished with comfortable sofas, flat screen TV, DVD player and a six seater dining suite. A small breakfast bar separates the kitchen which is fully equipped with oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, sandwich maker, kettle and toaster. There are two double bedrooms and one twin with the Master bedroom having an en suite shower room. There is also a family bathroom and a separate shower room.

 

There is a large patio surrounding the 8m x 4m pool (Roman steps) with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas and an outside dining area on a raised verandah is perfect when you’re in need of a bit of shade or for those al fresco evenings. A spiral staircase to the right of the villa leads up to the roof terrace where you can enjoy the stunning panoramic mountain and sea views with your morning coffee or pre-dinner aperitif.

Air conditioning is included in the rental rate. A cot and highchair are available on request for a small additional charge.
