These beautifully restored village house compromise of 2 two bedroom apartments, a one bedroom and a studio. Located in the village of Goudi with stunning panoramic views of Cypriot countryside and just 10 minutes drive from Polis town and the fishing village of Latchi they are ideal for anyone wishing for a peaceful retreat yet just minutes from amenities such as bars, restaurants, banks and tavernas.

 

The two 1 bedroom apartments have been lovely restored in the true traditional style yet are equipped with all modern conveniences. Both of the apartments enter out on the pool area and courtyard where outside dining furniture, sun beds and umbrellas are provided. The pool is 7m x 3m and is shared with the other apartments.

 

The modern equipped kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, kettle & toaster and dining furniture while the spacious lounge has comfortable sofas and a TV. One of the properties has a downstairs shower and WC with the bedroom and an additional WC being upstairs. The other has a downstairs kitchen with the living area, bedroom and bathroom on the main level.
