Holiday Villa 259 is a new addition to our villa program. A wonderful four bedroom villa built to the highest spec with all modern conveniences to make the villa self catering holiday a truly memorable experience.
Ideally located for those wishing to enjoy a private villa and pool but be within walking distance (10 minutes to the lively resort of Coral Bay).

Coral Bay offers many restaurants to accommodate all tastes, pubs, entertainment bars, shops, banks and the gentle sloping sandy beach of Coral bay with a good variety of water sports and beach bars.

Large private pool 10x5 meters to the rear of the villa with patio area, sun beds, umbrellas, barbecue and outside dining furniture.
The pool area is secluded and offers wonderful sea views.

Large open plan lounge area with comfortable chairs, coffee table, flat screen TV, DVD player, satellite system and music system. Dining table which seats 8 persons.
Open plan kitchen area complete with a modern conveniences including dish washer, microwave, toaster, oven and hob, washing machine, ironing board.

2 downstairs bedrooms one double and one twin all with built in wardrobes and private en-suite facilities

The second floor offers 2 spacious bedroom all with en-suite facilities.
One double bedroom and one twin bedroom with two single beds.
Both bedrooms have access to a large private balcony with plastic table and chairs and panoramic views of the neighbouring fields and sea.

Baby cots and high chairs are available on request. Air-conditioning available in the bedrooms at an additional charge of €5 per unit per day.

We really loved our stay at this villa,there were 7 people in our party and with 4 bedrooms,more than enough room to cater for us.The location was ideal,although a car is really needed,the villa is situated on a quiet road and the other villas are far enough away not to cause any disturbance,and vice versa.The nearest beach and shops are a 3 min drive away,with Paphos 15 to 20 mins away.The villa was fabulous,everything you needed was there,and the pool was never empty of kids.We had several barbecues on the poolside.Paphos is beautiful,especially the harbour area,where we had a ride on the pirate ship, and sampled some of the local bars,we also visited the famous monastery, and the troodos mountains.The villa owner came to see us,and although not fluent in english she made us feel really welcome,even giving us figs growing on trees by the pool.An excellent holiday in a fabulous villa. - Mr S.
