Occupying an elevated position amongst orange trees this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa is located on the west coast of Pafos in Argaka. A few minutes drive away you will find local shops, bars and tavernas. The larger town of Polis and the quaint fishing harbour of Latchi are 10 minutes drive and here you will find shops, banks, restaurants, coffee shops, bars and beaches.
As you enter the villa you will notice the light and space within the villa as there are both upstairs and downstairs terraces and large windows in each room. The fully equipped kitchen leads onto the dining area which seats eight and there are two sitting areas one of which leads onto the downstairs terrace. There is a large TV with Satellite, DVD player and stereo system. A double bedroom with en-suite shower is located on the ground floor and there is also a guest WC.
As you climb the marble staircase to the upper level you find the upstairs terrace in front of you where comfortable furniture allows you to enjoy the beautiful sunsets with an aperitif before dinner. To your left is a twin room (also with en-suite shower) and to your right the Master bedroom with an en-suite Jacuzzi bathroom. The Master bedroom also leads out onto the terrace and from all the upstairs bedrooms the views are truly amazing with Argaka coastline spread before you.
The 10m x 5m pool has an outside shower and large patio area. There is outside dining for eight and a large pergola which houses a pool table and breakfast bar. With ample sun beds and umbrellas your afternoons can be truly relaxing and a barbeque makes it perfect for al-fresco dining. Mature, established gardens and the plentiful orange trees surround the property making it ideal for anyone wishing to have a peaceful and tranquil getaway yet being just a few minutes drive from local amenities.
Air conditioning is available throughout and is charged locally at a rate of €5.00 per unit per day.
