Perfectly located in the sort after area of Sea Caves close to the Coral Bay beach resort and only a 20 minute drive into the heart of Paphos home to an abundance of resturants and facilities including the Paphos Water Park, Bird and animal park, Tomb of the Kings, Roman mosaics and Paphos prestigious harbour.
The upper floor consists of two twin bedded rooms both with en-suite shower rooms, one with patio doors to a shared balcony offering stunning sea views. The Master bedroom offers a double bed with en-suite bathroom and double doors to a shared balcony.
Spacious open plan lounge area with colour TV and HiFi system. French doors leading to a covered terrace, perfect for eating and relaxing outdoors. Open plan kitchen and dining area complete with dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, oven and hob, washing machine, toaster, iron and kettle. Guest toilet. Steps leading from the villa to the large rectangle pool 4x11 meters complete with roman steps for easy access into the shallow end, Roman pillars. sun beds, umbrellas, garden furniture and barbecue.
For added luxury there is a separate spa area complete with sauna, Jacuzzi bath and shower This can be arranged locally with the owner. The cost of this facility will depend on the occupancy of the villa. (please contact us for a quotation) Air-conditioning is available in the bedrooms for an additional charge of €6.00 per unit per day. (each bedroom offers one unit)
Baby Cots and Highchair are available free of charge on request. Safety Deposit box available.
