Guests staying at these villas are welcome to use the facilities of the neighbouring AKTI Apartments including the restaurants, bar, pool, small mini-market and gymnasium. Additional services such as Jacuzzi, sauna and beauty treatments are also available at an additional charge.

The three bedroom Villas offer a spacious downstairs bedroom with two single beds and separate shower w/c and wash basin. Small comfortable sitting area with TV and DVD player. Separate kitchen with dining table, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven and hob.

2 upstairs bedrooms both with double beds sharing a family bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a private balconies with distant sea views.

8x4 meters with sun beds, umbrellas, barbecue and large enclosed grass area. The pool area is enclosed by a high wooden fence offering additional privacy around the pool and garden area.

The 2 bedroom villa is similar in facilities and design to the above described 3 bedroom. One double bed s 2 single beds downstairs with private en-suite shower wc and wash basin. One bedroom upstairs with double bed and separate bath, wc and wash basin.

Air-conditioning available in the bedrooms at an additional charge of €5.00 per unit per day. Internet available free of charge

Hi Rachael, We could not fault the Villa's in any way. We came as 3 families to celebrate our son's wedding. When we arrived late on the Sunday afternoon the fridge was full of all the useful things that we needed to make a drink and something to eat without having to go out again. The grandchildren were in the swimming pool until nearly midnight the first day we arrived which was great for them to be entertained whilst we unpacked and got settled. I liked having our own swimming pool as it makes it much more private. As we had 3 Villa's next door to one another we were all very close. This all helped to make the Wedding a much more special occasion than if we had stayed in England and of course we had glorious weather. Yours Sue
