Coral Bay and Coralia resorts are very popular holiday destinations due to the variety of bars, restaurant, beaches, water sports and many other facilities. This villa is perfectly located for those wishing to be within walking distance to Coral Bay thus cutting out the added expenses of car hire.
Holiday Villa 13 is a single storey bungalow with open plan lounge and diner, beautifully decorated with matching curtains and cool marble floors throughout.
Located within a small private cul-de-sac this villa offers privacy as the swimming pool is at the rear of the villa surrounded by plants and a large fence.

 

The villa consists of one twin bedroom and one double all with fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning which is included of the rental rate. There is one family bathroom and one shower room en-suite. The open plan dining and sitting area is complete with sofas, TV, video and air-conditioning. A separate kitchen has oven and hob, toaster, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, iron and ironing board and washing machine.
The large private veranda has table and chairs and
the private pool is equipped with sun beds, umbrellas barbecue and small enclosed gardens.

 

Located with in the same cul-de-sac as the CypLouis Villa makes it a perfect villa rental for persons wishing to holiday with friends and have their own private villas close together.
Extra sofa bed and camp bed provided Free of charge.

The Mikaela Villa was perfect with spacious, cool rooms a private patio area with swimming pool and sunbathing/bbq area. Within walking distance to a strip of pubs and shops, a supermarket and the beach, then either a 10 minute bus or cab ride away to the main Coral Bay stretch which had lots of pubs, bars and restaurants to choose from. Or carry on another 10 minutes to Paphos Harbour for more restaurants and bars.The pool man visited regularly to clean the pool and the area was quiet and peaceful.Alternatively you can get a cab on a 5 minute journey up to the lovely village of Peyia which also has lovely pubs and restaurants and a supermarket. The people and villagers there are so friendly and helpful.We rented out Mikaela Villa as we got married in the village of Peyia in the Town Hall Gardens and there was a local party shop and florist which were really helpful to us as well and the Italian restaurant in the main strip of Coral Bay made a special effort for our table and party for the meal in the evening it was perfect and we wouldn't have changed it.Haven Holidays were very helpful especially arranging with the Town Hall for a time for us to get married and helping with getting the paperwork to them and advise to us.The only negative thing is the villa's bedrooms could have done with some new matresses.Sarah
