This charming newly constructed villa (June 2005) offers 4 spacious bedrooms all with en-suite facilities, Jacuzzi, corner bath, gymnasium and pool table. The pool can also be heated an additional charge therefore this beautiful villa is ideal for both winter and summer vacations.
Located only 10 minutes drive from Polis centre home to a large selection of restaurants, bars and shops.

Large open plan wooden kitchen area equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, electric hob, toaster, kettle and washing machine. Dining table (seats 8) open plan lounge featuring satellite TV and DVD player.

Stone crafted archways on the rear terrace overlooking the vineyards and valley offer shade and a perfect environment for dining el-fresco. Large private pool 10x5 meters with sun beds, umbrellas, barbecue, poolside shower, tables and chairs.

A further 2 bedrooms sharing a large balcony overlooking the pool. One master bedroom with separate dressing area and en-suite bathroom. One twin bedroom with en-suite shower.

Also available is a separate annex with pool table and gymnasium.
Air-conditioning in the bedroom is included in the rental rate.

we had a fabulous holiday staying in Serenity Villa. The villa was immaculate in all respects and was certainly one of the finest we have experienced in our twelve years of villa holidays in Cyprus. The family thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. The villa is in a beautiful, peaceful location and we were undisturbed throughout. We were met on our first day by an exceptionally nice gentleman who told us all we needed to know to make our holiday enjoyable. Our family is somewhat grown up now and our requirements have downsized to smaller villas. However, should we require a four bed villa in the future then this would be our number one choice.
