Q: ARE YOU LICENSED BY ANY GOVERNING BODY?
A: Yes. Haven Villa holidays are a subsidiary trading under R & A Freetime Leisure Co Ltd. We operate from two Paphos based offices. We are licensed by the Cypriot Tourism Organization and Members of ACTA. (Association of Cypriot Travel Agencies) equivalent to ABTA.

Q: WHAT IS the advantages of booking with a Licenced Company?
A: Imaging arriving at your villa to find that the pool is empty, lights do not work and you haven't been advised of the building site next door. The taxi driver hasn't arrived at the airport and you have no idea where the villa is located! The owner is living in the UK and their phone is off and you have no contact numbers for assistance locally.
You've worked hard all year to save for your holiday so why risk booking with an unlicensed companies or individuals who offer no guarantees or assurance that your holiday villa will be as you were lead to believe. Anybody can make a website look enticing!!

Payments can be made with Visa, Master Card or AMEX and therefore offer secure payment system. A written reservation confirmation is provided. We offer an - in resort 24 hour emergency contact service provided by our English and Greek speaking Team.

Q: WHAT other services do you offer?
A: Taxi transfers from the airport to your villa and return. Car rentals at competitive rates with repeatable companies such as Astra, National or Alemo. Our car rental rates include Full Collision Damage Waiver and zero excess. There are now hidden costs or additional charges incurred.

Q: WHY should we book our Villa with you?
A: We are a Paphos based company licensed by the Cypriot Tourism Organisation and members of the Association of Cypriot Travel Agencies (ACTA).
We are a privately owned Anglo/Cypriot company with over ten years experience in the holiday, travel and villa rental business.
Unlike our UK based competitors, the vast majority of our superior luxury villas and apartments are Cypriot owned and are regularly inspected and maintained by the owners and we also offer a comprehensive LOCAL round the clock back up service should you have any problems.

Q: IS IT essential that we book our villa well in advance?
A: It is essential to book your holiday villa well in advance especially during school holidays starting from July until the first week of September. Easter and Industrial holidays The majority of villas will become booked up a year in advance. So to avoid disappointment book early. Please check the availability charts located under the price indicator at the bottom of each villa description. If in doubt send us an e-mail and we will reply within 24 hours.

Q: WHAT are your rates?
A: Prices are per villa per week. No under occupancy charges and no hidden extra charges. However dependant upon which villa you choose there maybe extra charges for air conditioning which is charged locally and collected by our representative. Rates quoted are in Euros.

Q: HOW can we pay?
A: We accept Visa card, MasterCard, Sterling Cheque, Bankers Draft or Bank Transfer.

Q: HOW will we find our Villa?
A: As many of our villas are located away from the "hustle and bustle" of main Paphos you will need a car. We offer car hire at very competitive rates in conjunction with a highly reputable and reliable car hire company. Should you rent a car through us, upon your arrival at the airport an agent from the car rental company will meet you, complete the paperwork and hand over your vehicle? He will give you precise directions (in writing) to your villa. A full information pack will also be handed to you containing contact numbers and where your villa key is located.
Should you wish to go direct to your villa and arrange car hire at a later date we will book a taxi to transfer you to your villa. (Please refer to our section under taxi rates).

Q: WHEN do we see a Havenvilla representative?
A: Our Villa Manager will call to see you on the next morning after your arrival (not too early). He will answer any questions and give a short presentation incorporating information regarding places of interest, advice on good eating places, local shops and some useful tips and guidelines to help you make your holiday the best ever!

Q: WHAT is the weather like in Cyprus and when is the best time to come?
A: Briefly, the weather in Cyprus is recognised as the best in the Mediterranean area. Paphos in particular, enjoys 50 weeks per year of beautiful warm or hot weather. If you enjoy very hot temperatures then July and August is the time for you.

Q: Will I need holiday insurance?
A: Absolutely. We highly recommend that you take out a full comprehensive travel insurance to cover all eventualities. It is imperative that you bring all your documentation with you.
